		<description>Thanks Andrew! I have a pretty serious running history that I have yet to spill the beans about on my blog but I will eventually. I also have a lofty goal that requires some pretty impressive running so I need to stay on top of my game, no doubt. It keeps me motivated and pushing hard.</description>
