Today was a usual day with nothing special to report. I ran out of brown rice so I’ll have to get some more tomorrow. Other than that, everything went well today. The bump in calorie was from the slice of bread I ate in the morning.

Today’s nutrition went really well. I ate decent snacks (protein bar and protein shake), ate yogurt and nuts instead of eggs in the morning (less saturated fat and a lot less cholesterol) which helped me stay within my calorie target.
