I’m almost 3 weeks into my transformation and my numbers are certainly improving. I can’t really see that much in the pictures but at least the numbers don’t lie. My current stats are the following: Weight: 103.6 kg (228.4 lbs) Waist: 115 cm (45.28 in) Fat%: 36.6%
