Today I only did some walking around the house. I measured it out and one lap is 1,200 m (0.74 mile), all moderate slopes, almost no flats. You’re either going up hill or down hill. I commit to 6 laps (7.2 km, 4.5 miles). I have tried to run one of the laps but halfway through I had to resort back to walking, my heart rate was at 180. My wife joined me for the first 3 laps then did the last 3 on my own.
