This is a personal diary of my transformation from fat to fit in 9 months. And This is what I look like today at the beginning of this journey. I weigh 237 lbs (107.5 kg) with a body fat % of 38.7%. My waist is 46.46 inches (118 cm) and I’m just too uncomfortable in my skin.
