		<description>Én is megpróbáltam &quot;versenyezni&quot; fogyást illetően, a Zsófival, de aztán nem jött össze mert ő sajnos nem csinált semmit és feladta...-.- Nekem van egy hosszútávú célom: 56kg lenni. De mindig vannak rövidtávúak is, most épp az, hogy 64 legyek. Ma végre sikerült!! A következő héten az lesz, hogy a síelésen mindezt ne hízzam vissza... :P Futás (vagyis hát elliptrikus-trénerezés) közben a célom meg először mindig a 700, majd a 1000 CAL elérése (de gondolom, nem működik jól a kalóriamérő, sajnos.) Mennyi az átváltás az lb és a kg között? Olyan furcsa hogy ott nálatok lbs van...O.O</description>

		<description>I sure am a competitive person, no doubt about it. However running is not really a sport where you can compete against other people. I mean sure, you can but the odds of finding someone here the competition is not one sided is very difficult. I tend to race myself when it comes to running and I use performance improvement as my gauge of progress. It&#039;s really great to see how much you improve over time.</description>

		<description>Hi, just found your blog. You seem to really thrive on competition. Competition really is a great motivator. My trainer suggested that I add a session each week with a friend because he often finds that people work harder when they are essentially competing with each other. Who wants to look like the wimpier one, right? I&#039;m going to start doing that next week. I think that will really motivate me to work harder.

		<description>I too have multiple goals.  I would love to qualify for Boston but that&#039;s not even a wishful goal yet!  My first aim is to break 4 hours never mind 3!
