Hi Greg! It's wonderful to see how well you've been doing over the past month! Those are some excellent numbers. Your wife is probably not used to you being so slim, but I'm sure she will get used to it. Also, the population in general is bigger than ever, so in relation to everyone else, you probably look slimmer too.

Great news! WTG. Guess you have a good frame of mind about what food to grab. We still have our health goals, but have come far enough to test our new inclinations. Every few months I may count again just to see what I'm really up to because I think occasional re-alignment is needed. I should probably schedule such a thing. Still would like to bulk up, still haven't gotten into that rhythm - another excuse to check my count. But I'm happy with my "food as fuel" mentality and regular exercise. And I am still more or less obsessed with my health. The true test will be when my focus is drawn elsewhere and I'm not primarily always thinking about my health. Inevitable. I need to remember that exercising is not a luxury but mandatory, as is carb/fat/salt control. Maybe that will work. My beauty obsession needs control too; I need to be more accepting of my genetics. That will fuel some bad behavior if I'm not careful. Ah well, balance I guess. Cheers.
