I went back to drinking a protein shake as a morning snack and it shows in my macro-nutrient distribution. I also ate simple foods with simple recipes that made calorie counting all the easier. I have also grilled halibut on the grill for the very first time. It was a success. I really liked it although the jury’s still out with my family. I have also sauteed some zucchini squash with butter and it tasted great. Next time I shall go easier on the butter, it was a bit too much on it.
