Today was a tough day in terms of calorie counting and maintenance of a decent balance. I ate out for lunch at Panera Bread and I had a home made chicken meal for dinner, neither of which were too healthy. As soon as you start pouring cheese and milk over Chicken you know you’re in trouble. I also ate crap for snacks, but I figured I can afford it every once in a while.
