Photo Update

I’ve been skipping the updates lately on the blog, but I couldn’t skip the photo update. I made the commitment I just have to do it. Today’s photo update is showing more of the same as the last one. Or should I say less of the same 
? My measurements haven’t changed at all except for the hip which dropped another 0.25″. Everything else is the same. In terms of the pictures it seems my abdomen is caved in even a bit more than 4 days ago and my back might started to have a bit more definition but certainly nothing super impressive. My hands are getting more and more visible veins in them and I can start to see them in my forearms a bit too. My triceps are coming in nicely too.
