Today was a back day again. I didn’t feel very strong and I had a tough time with the chest supported rows. Life’s not easy on a calorie deficit… Lat Pull 3×10 @ 100 lbs Seated Low Row 3×10 @ 130 lbs Chest Supported Row –Inner Grips 3×10 @ 100 lbs
