		<description>I am thinking of signing up for my very 1st race ever, a 5K on May 1st. I&#039;m not a runner at all, and am just on week 2 of the Couch to 5K program, but I think I should sign up soon to commit to it and have that definite goal in sight. Good luck to you on the 10K!!!

But I&#039;m sure once I get down in the weight I&#039;ll be able to do it pretty easy. I can run for about 10 minutes without much effort, after that though I rather not do it. :p
