Next week I&#039;ll probably lose even less with not being able to run but I&#039;m so pleased and happy with where I&#039;m at, I really don&#039;t concern myself with the rate of loss any more. I&#039;m more concerned with my ability to come in for a smooth landing without a relapse.</description>

		<description>Well, you are doing so great.  I love how you are easing into maintenance mode, that is so smart.  You have found such a great balance, and losing one pound a week is a  great way to slow down your weight loss.  I am actually doing great maintaining right now, the only thing is that I still want to lose more weight lol! :)
